All meals, riding and use of ranch facilities are included in the rates quoted. A service charge of 15% and a 7.6% sales tax are not reflected in the rates. We prefer personal checks, or cash. We accept Visa or Master Card.

Advanced reservations may require Sunday to Sunday stays during High Season. Only one Special or discount rate may be applied per stay. We offer progressive discounts for longer stays, as well as special rates for groups of six or more. Please watch this website, or call and inquire about special rates and promotions.

Upgrade to a Suite or Cottage

Our charming cottage bedrooms are arranged for double occupancy, and many can connect, creating suites for larger groups or for guests who just want the extra space. Most of our guests choose to stay from Sunday to Sunday with an afternoon arrival and morning departure, which is the basis for our per-person weekly rates. If you wish to rent a suite or an entire cottage, in addition to the weekly and daily base rate, there is an additional charge, as follows:

Suite: with separate living room

Low Season: $65 / day $390 / week
High Season: $70 / day $420 / week

Cottage #2: 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room.

Low Season: $85 / day $510 / week
High Season: $95 / day, $570 / week

Cottage #6: 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, living room w/fireplace

Low Season: $100 / day, $600 / week
High Season: $105 / day, $680 / week

Check in on Sunday after 4 PM. Check out is 12:00 noon on Thursday after the morning ride.

Deposits/Cancellation/Refunds

We require a 25% deposit to confirm your reservation. Cancellations received less than 45 days before the scheduled arrival dates are subject to a penalty in the amount of the deposit. On refunds of credit card deposits, 5% of the deposit will be deducted to cover processing fees. No credit will be given for shortened stays or absences during a stay. Circle Z recommends the purchase of Trip Cancellation insurance.
